Applying to the Institute of Health Sciences is straight forward; however the program has specific requirements. Be sure to review carefully the requirements for your program of study. You should also review the technical computer requirements needed for your program.
Supporting Application Materials
The School is able to accept personal statements, resumes, writing samples, and financial aid forms via this portal. To upload documents to your file, please submit your online application first. Once an application is submitted, the school will create a file folder in our database for you to upload your additional information. Once your materials are uploaded you will receive a e-mail confirming the files have been accepted.
